(1)) Production Concept

Through the dissemination of fundamental tea knowledge and the introduction of Taiwan to the tea culture of Shenkeng, the purpose of this project is to provide Taiwan with an understanding of the origins of the tea that is typically used in bubble tea. With the recent food safety issues resurfacing, showcasing the source of the tea that people usually drink will offer reassurance. By engagingly promoting Shenkeng's tea culture, the project seeks to spread awareness nationwide—not only of its famed stinky tofu but also of its refreshing teas and tea-based products. The project aims to develop a unique promotional strategy. While many associate Shenkeng primarily with stinky tofu, it is also renowned for its tea, particularly Paochung tea. Paochung tea is crafted by carefully plucking a bud accompanied by two leaves and then roasting it, resulting in elongated, strip-like leaves. The tea is encased in two layers of square paper. The brewed tea showcases a vibrant golden hue and offers a smooth, fragrant flavor, with its aroma standing out as the most remarkable feature.
